She has spent the last 30 years representing medical staffs and medical groups throughout California working collaboratively with her physician clients in developing and implementing medical staff and medical group bylaws, peer review procedures and fair hearing plans, and in conducting peer review activities. Prior to law school, Ms. Antoine practiced as a registered nurse in the ICUs of UCSF Medical Center, Kaiser Foundation Hospital San Francisco and UC Davis Medical Center.

is a Board Certified Ob/Gyn in Long Beach, CA. After retiring from clinical practice in 2004, he took an administrative position at Long Beach Memorial Hospital where he was Chief Medical Officer for 10 years. He is currently the Administrative Medical Director at Community Hospital Long Beach. In these roles, he has assisted the medical staff leadership with disciplinary issues and has had oversight responsibilities for the Well Being Committee. He has also been the Chair of the Quality Committee for the California Hospital Association and a member of the Center for Healthcare Medical Executives.
Norman Reynolds, MD
Comprehensive Psychiatric Consulting Services, San Jose – Dr. Norman T. Reynolds has been in the private practice of psychiatry for the past 25 years performing psychiatric evaluation and consultation to private industry and service organizations.
graduated from Harvard College and received his MD from the University of Southern California. He completed a surgical residency at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center. Following his training, he stayed at LA County as the resident supervisor introducing him to administrative roles. He moved into a general and trauma surgery private practice at Sharp Memorial hospital in 1991. Dr. Stiles became active in Medical Staff governance eventually becoming Chief of Staff in 2004. He subsequently became Medical Director of Quality ,then Chief Medical Officer while still maintaining a general surgery private practice.
is currently Chief of Staff at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center (LBMMC). He has served in physician leadership positions over his entire medical career, including President of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the California Society of Plastic Surgery. He served as a Director on the American Board of Plastic Surgery from 2007-2013. He has been in private practice in Long Beach since 1979. He also was the Senior Medical Officer on the USS Midway during the last year of the Viet Nam war. His academic career includes Assistant Professor at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and currently is program director at LBMMC for the UCI plastic surgery residents.
